The Réserve Africaine de Sigean is looking for a MAINTENANCE AGENT 🛠 to strengthen its team.
✏ Profile :
Experience in plumbing, maintenance and minor repairs.
🔎 Main tasks :
Reporting to the fleet maintenance technician :
- Check the functionality of systems and equipment.
- Perform maintenance tasks on park facilities (minor plumbing, relamping, HVAC filter maintenance, etc.).
- Inspect, troubleshoot or request service providers to repair equipment and systems.
- Carry out minor repairs.
- Collaborate with employees and other professionals during repairs.
- Report problems.
- Ensure proper operation after repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
✅ Skills and abilities required :
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems 👉 Electrical clearance would be a plus 😉
- Be able to carry out pre-diagnosis of equipment malfunctions.
- Highly versatile
- Good organization
- Team spirit and good interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication
📌 Contract and working conditions :
- Full-time 35h/week fixed-term contract
- Term: 8 months from 03/15/2023
