If you have a preferential-rate voucher or a gift voucher, exchange it into an entry ticket to the Réserve Africaine de Sigean.

A gift voucher is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.

Example: A gift voucher purchased on 02/02/2023 will be valid until 01/02/2024.

How to exchange my vouchers into entry tickets?

Select “I exchange my vouchers” below
Choose your visit date and time of arrival
Add to cart the number of adults and children corresponding to the vouchers you have
Once on your cart, click on “buy now”
Click on “Create a new account” and fill in the required information
In the “vouchers” box, enter your voucher numbers and accept the terms and conditions
Check that the total is 0€ and click on “proceed to payment”
Download your entry tickets from your client account or through the link “mes billets” sent to you by e-mail
