The voucher’s expiry date is printed on the voucher itself.
How to exchange my vouchers into entry tickets?

- Choose your visit date and time of arrival
- Add to cart the number of adults and children corresponding to the vouchers you have
- Once on your cart, click on “buy now”
- Click on “Create a new account” and fill in the required information
- In the “vouchers” box, enter your voucher numbers and accept the terms and conditions
- If the total is not €0, please contact us by phone at (0033)4 68 48 20 20 or by email at contact@reserveafricainesigean.fr
- Check that the total is 0€ and click on “proceed to payment”
- Download your entry tickets from your client account or through the link “mes billets” sent to you by e-mail
