Highly acclaimed by visitors during previous editions, the Lumières d’Afrique festival is making its grand return on 25 October 2026 to brighten your autumn and winter evenings.
As night falls, from 5.30 pm to 8 pm, the Park turns into a magical trail where spectacular illuminated animals come to life. A unique night-time experience celebrating African flora and fauna, sure to delight young and old alike.

Over more than a kilometer, you’ll pass through several scenes representing the different African environments and discover the emblematic animals that live there. From savannahs to equatorial forests, arid deserts to ocean coasts, let yourself be carried away by the fairy of the lights and the captivating musical atmosphere accompanying this nocturnal stroll.

Two tour options are possible:
Animal Park + LUMIÈRES D’AFRIQUE
Visit the animal park during the day and discover Lumières d’Afrique at nightfall.
The event “Lumières d’Afrique” is included with entry tickets to the Réserve Africaine de Sigean with no extra charge from 25 October 2026 to 17 January 2027 ONLY on weekends and school holidays from 5:30pm to 8pm.
Access to visit the Park from 10am to 4pm depending on the time chosen (see Park opening hours).
ANY EXIT FROM THE PARK IS PERMANENT.

Visit the Lumières d’Afrique Festival only.

ANY EXIT FROM THE PARK IS PERMANENT.
This illuminated walk does not allow you to see the animals of the Réserve Africaine de Sigean.

No, online ticket purchase is mandatory. Limited number of tickets.
What time does the Lumières d’Afrique tour open?
The Lumières d’Afrique tour opens at 5:30pm and closes at 8pm. If you only visit Lumières d’Afrique, admissions are possible between 5pm and 6:30pm.
What can we do between the closing of the walk around park and the opening of Lumières d’Afrique?
The Snack bar Le Serengeti serves pancakes, waffles and hot drinks. For the little ones, the Katavi playground is accessible.
Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are allowed and they must be kept on a short leash.
Can we also see the animals at night?
No, the animals on the Safari tour and the walk-around park can not be observed at night.
Does my voucher include the Lumières d’Afrique Festival?
Yes, all entry tickets to the Réserve Africaine de Sigean include the Lumières d’Afrique visit during the festival dates. Vouchers must be exchanged into a dated admission ticket before your visit.
