The Hartmann’s zebra is distinguished by a pattern of stripes “halfway” between those of a Grant’s zebra with broader bands and a Grevy’s zebra with finer stripes. Zoological Parks in the Czech Republic asked the Réserve Africaine de Sigean to welcome a group of single males that they could no longer house.
