Village Weaver

During the mating season, the male “weaves” its nest with strips of leaves (banana trees, palm trees). It alternates between weaving phases and displays to seduce females. Polygamous, it can build around twenty nests during the season and destroy those it judges damaged, too old or poorly placed.
