Trumpeter hornbill

When laying eggs, the female hornbill locks herself in a tree cavity, which the couple fills with mud, leaving only a small slit to the outside. Prisoner until the autonomy of the young, it will remain there for three months, the male resupplying it through the slit of the cavity.
